Payment is only made through Klarna Checkout in our webshop. Card payment in our store/showroom.


DELIVERY INFORMATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB strives to be an accessible company with close service to our customers. We manufacture, pack and deliver our products as soon as we receive an order, but usually need a few extra days for the manufacturing process. We currently have a delivery time of 1-3 days for stock products and about 2-3 weeks for order items. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

When buying in our shop, instagram or by phone, the Distance Trading Act applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day the customer has received the product.

The product must be in as good a condition as when you received it, The product is unused and undamaged. The product must be packed in original packaging.

Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, but no later than within 30 days, after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Refund of the order amount is made after approved return. SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB is not responsible for any transport damage in the event of a return shipment, therefore send your return well packaged.

Should the product be sent and not picked up at e.g. representative during the time span included (usually available for 10-14 days) and then sent back, SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB has the right to cancel the order with a deduction of SEK 150 for administration and shipping.


To make a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] for return shipping note.

2. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to what the product was delivered to you. Do not forget to enclose the return form in the package.

3. Return the item to SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB warehouse using the return shipping note you received.


When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are always responsible for return shipping. The shipping is invoiced separately afterwards.


TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive a delivery. In order for goods with visible, external transport damage to be able to complain to us, the damage must have been noted on your shipping note from the shipping company. Ask the driver / agent to note the damage and sign. If you discover hidden defects / transport damage after opening the package, notify us as soon as possible.

For all transport damage, contact [email protected]. Attach clear pictures of the damage and any damaged packaging and state your order number in the email.


COLORS AND PICTURES

We strive to reproduce colors and textures on our products as accurately as possible, but we can not guarantee that the images displayed in the webshop accurately reflect reality. How e.g. colors reproduced depend i.a. on your computer, monitor settings, etc.


FALSE INFORMATION

We reserve the right to subsequently correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve the right to make errors in product information as well as price and stock balance. Even after the purchase has been completed and an order confirmation has been sent, we reserve the right to change the price and delivery time in the event of a printing error. If a product in Wallbakken AB's range has expired or for some other reason is not available, Wallbakken AB is not obliged to provide such a product regardless of whether the customer ordered the same as above. Once the customer has placed an order, Wallbakken AB can not change the order, the return conditions apply.


OTHER CONDITIONS

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent's permission to order from us.

All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Wallbakken AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

By shopping at SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.

The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What is Personal Data?
Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

What data do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

Legal basis?
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.

What information is shared and for what purpose?


Payment provider - When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. In our case KLARNA. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

Shipping Company - In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB uses DHL, Postnord and Schenker.

The right to access - You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

Right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

The right to be forgotten - You can at any time ask for the data concerning you to be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

Responsible for data protection - SAWA Design / Wallbakken AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.

How we protect your personal data - We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner. We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, which is operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.


Geographical constraints

Wallbakken AB's webshop currently delivers only within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany. For deliveries outside, like Norway or other country, please contact us at [email protected]


DISPUTE AND CHOICE OF LAW

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
